You may provide your name, email address, phone number, service location, project description, product information, photographs, or other details when you call, email, use the contact form, or communicate through the website chat. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss the project.
How Information Is Used
Information you provide may be used to respond to your request, understand the proposed work, communicate about scheduling or scope, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not used to promise service availability, pricing, or project acceptance before the details are reviewed.
Static Contact Form
The contact form on this site opens your device's email application and does not store a form submission in a website database. Your email provider and the recipient's email provider handle the resulting message under their own practices.
Website Logs and Essential Technical Data
The hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and diagnostic or security logs. This site does not include advertising pixels or a separate analytics package in the current static build.
Venyoo Website Chat
The site loads the existing Venyoo chat widget. If you use that widget, Venyoo may process the information you enter and technical information required to provide the chat. Use the chat only for project-related details you are comfortable providing through that service.
Sharing and Retention
Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email, security, or chat. Information is kept only as reasonably needed for communication, ordinary business records, security, or legal obligations. Bruce Tall Construction does not publish a fixed retention period because different records may require different handling.
